RELATIONSHIP AND TAX ADVISOR- JUSTIN MIKOL, EA

With over fifteen years of experience in public accounting across the Northern Virginia region, Justin brings a wealth of knowledge to his role as a Tax and Relationship Advisor at Lakkis CPA.  His experience as a trusted advisor includes individuals, businesses, estates, and trusts. 

Prior to being a trusted client advisor, he proudly served his country in the U.S. Military and was honorably discharged as a veteran.

At the core of Justin’s practice is a deep commitment to building strong client relationships.  He believes in fostering an environment where clients feel comfortable asking questions, discussing ideas, and collaborating on strategies that help them reach both their short- and long-term goals.  He understands the value of being accessible and responsive, ensuring timely and thoughtful advice every step of the way.

A proud resident of Leesburg, Justin enjoys the small-town charm reminiscent of Mayberry from "The Andy Griffith Show."  He believes in being a good neighbor and values the importance of professional networking within the local community, always with the goal of providing top-notch service to mutual clients.

Working alongside like-minded partners like Naji and John, Justin is excited to be part of a firm that places a strong emphasis on client service.  He believes that when you focus on taking care of clients, everything else falls into place—including their peace of mind when it comes to costs.

Outside of the office, you’ll find Justin enjoying long walks with his wife, Jessica, and their dog, Maggie, at Morven and Ida Lee Parks.  He also loves exploring local farmers markets, visiting the beach, appreciating art, and catching up on crime shows.  And when he's not with family, you can find him at the gym, making the most of the massage chairs—sometimes even working out!
